SpinSet is a free web application that allows users to create, customize, and spin virtual wheels for decision making, games, classroom activities, and entertainment purposes. The application runs entirely in your browser and stores data locally on your device.

Use of the Service

You agree to use SpinSet only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use the service to generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any laws
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

Randomness Disclaimer

SpinSet uses pseudo-random number generation for wheel spins. While the results are designed to be fair and unpredictable, they should not be used for:

• Gambling or wagering real money
• Making legally binding decisions
• Any situation requiring certified random number generation

SpinSet is intended for entertainment and casual decision-making purposes only.

User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create using SpinSet, including wheel names, slice labels, and configurations. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we do not monitor, review, or have access to your content.

Pro Version & Purchases

SpinSet offers an optional Pro upgrade that unlocks additional features. By purchasing Pro, you agree to the following:

• Pro is a one-time purchase that grants a perpetual license to use Pro features
• Your license can be activated on up to 3 devices at a time
• Devices inactive for 1 month are automatically released, freeing up a device slot
• Clearing browser data (localStorage) counts as a new device activation
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your payment information
• All sales are final; refunds are provided at our discretion for technical issues only
• We reserve the right to modify Pro features, though existing functionality will be maintained

After purchase, you will receive an email with an activation link. Clicking the link automatically activates Pro on your device. If you need to activate on additional devices, you can request a new activation link using the email address from your original purchase.

Intellectual Property

The SpinSet application, including its design, code, graphics, and user interface, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

SpinSet is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• Your locally stored data will be preserved indefinitely

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SpinSet and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of SpinSet after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
